Fancy the beach, but can’t get away from the city? Akasa Cheras South puts a man-made beach right at your door step without taking you away from town.

Akasa Cheras South is currently under construction is expected to be completed by January 2021.

Nearly 1,000 residential units are for sale, with a total of nine different unit configurations are available for selection, sizes ranging from 850 to 2,048 sq ft. One particular configuration, Type D with 1,500 sq ft, is offered with a dual-key concept, giving residents the option of using the second partitioned unit for extended family members, work space, or even to be rented out.

⁠⁠A stone’s throw away are shopping malls and medical facilities such as AEON Cheras Selatan and Columbia Asia Hospital, whilst the nearby business park offers plenty of F&B options.

‍ In case you’re wondering, Cheras South is a fancier name for Balakong, and if you need a geographical reference, the development is located across the road from the Mercedes-Benz and Toyota showrooms in the area.
