Amidst the luscious backdrop of TPC Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s premier golf and country club, an ambitious development is in the works – Alya, a bespoke micro-community of eight disparate luxury developments.

Located in the pristine landscape of Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, some 8km from the heart of the city, Alya combines its unique 360-acre natural setting with well-planned architecture and space.

It is adjacent to the 245-acre Bukit Kiara public park and surrounded by KL’s most affluent suburbs, putting international schools, retail malls, F&B outlets, commercial, and healthcare centres within easy reach.

Relative proximity to the city centre and KL Sentral ensures that Alya is extremely well-connected whilst maintaining its status as a sanctuary from the fast pace of the city.

Upon completion, the eight development parcels will complete Alya with residential, office, and retail components. Through this concept, the developer’s vision is to integrate modern living, space-planning, and facilities into the natural topography and backdrop of Alya’s unique setting.

Out of eight development parcels planned, first to be completed was East Residence, a gated and guarded community of low-density luxurious courtyard villas. Units are limited to 112 courtyard villas and 15 residential suites ranging from 4,442 to 5,488 sq ft.

On the way for completion in 2018 are the Senada Residences serviced apartments comprising of 329 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts along with eight exclusive dual key suites.

Senada was the first release of the Alya master development plan, featuring sleek flowing architecture, expansive natural views, and open modern spaces. On offer is a two-acre facilities deck with swimming pool, gazebo, fitness & recreation facilities all set in a raised and open-air layout.

East Residences

Next to go on sale will be Jendela, embraced on one side by the Bukit Kiara Forest Reserve and TPC KL, and on the other by the affluent suburb of Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The development will comprise of three towers of residential service dapartments spanning one to four bedrooms from 807 to 4,628 sq ft plush penthouses.

The remaining five future developments of Alya, which have yet to be released or named, offer a mix of bungalows, condominiums, maisonettes, and serviced apartments.
