Residences overlooking the famous landmarks of London from Westminster in the most desirable postcode of all – S‍‍‍W1

Famed London-based British luxury developer Northacre has launched perhaps its most ambitious project to date. The Broadway not only offers luxurious surroundings, but also treats its residents to a stunning ba‍‍‍ckdrop of London’s globally-recognized from the strategic spot of Westminster.

Occupying a unique landmark island site nearly two acres in size where the former New Scotland Yard was, The Broadway is set to raise six stunning towers ‍‍‍designed around a significant 20,000 sq ft public square and pedestrianized piazza – all situated in one of the most desirable postcodes in the world – SW1.

From its historic location in the heart of historic Westminster, residents of The Broadway will enjoy a daily panorama that treats them to the sights of London’s famous landmarks such as the Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, and a number of famous London parks.

The development’s central location has practical benefits too, putting London’s superb transport infrastructure and the best of luxury retail, entertainment, art, heritage, culture, and education at its doorstep.

Aesthetically, The Broadway’s design scheme delivers a new level of excellence in contemporary living, optimizing the extraordinary views afforded by its unique location. Usage of bright colours together with clean, modernist design helps it stand out as a vibrant new quarter for London.

In the midst of the urban hustle and bustle, residents get to enjoy a little private haven in the form of two stunning suspended podium gardens.

“Today, luxury living is so much more than the four walls of home. As the most exciting destination in London, the Broadway will be the place to call home; a place that is all about lifestyle and experience, offering the best of old and new and catering to the preferences of today’s discerning luxury property buyer. The Broadway will be a reassuring legacy investment for future generations, as well as a home that lasts the test of time,” said Niccolo Barattieri di san Pietro, CEO of Northacre.

A recent report from a Barclays Wealth research published earlier this year highlighted Westminster as one of the highest capital growth areas in London, with an expected increase of 31.9% by 2021.

Additionally, according to di san Pietro, alongside this projected capital return, accounting for both currency fluctuations and price corrections across the wider prime London market, costs for a purchaser buying a property in US Dollars has decreased by around 30% over the last three years.

“Northacre is committed to creating a legacy in London for our buyers, their families, and future generations to come. We push the envelope in terms of what design can achieve – often within technically complex developments – and can deliver an outstanding product because we are an experienced multi-disciplinary practice with the best people in architecture, planning, design, and interiors under one roof,” di san Pietro said.
