PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2017 - The finest real estate developers of the region recognized for their e‍‍‍xcellence as independently judged by peers and experts from across Asia.

he best developers and property developments across Asia were given due recognition at the recent PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2017 grand finale held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The gala event was a glittering culmination of the year-long competition that started in Cambodia, journeying across Asia with Singapore’s domestic winners announced the previous evening.

Awards were given based on the careful assessment of an independent grand final jury comprising the 11 chairmen and women of the Asia Property Awards.

Biggest award of Best Developer went to Singapore’s GuocoLand for being a leader in urbanisation, mixed-use public spaces, and sustainable development. GuocoLand also won Best Office Development for its GuocoTower project.

From Malaysia, Bon Estates Sdn Bhd, who won the local award in August in Kuala Lumpur, collected the second biggest regional award for Best Boutique Developer.

Now in its seventh year, the 2017 grand final event served to introduce the next stage of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, which will include developers from Japan and South Korea for 2018.
