300 Biscayne Boulevard Way – In 2021, this may well be the most famous address in downtown Miami, because that’s where Aston Martin is building its first real estate project. Wait, what?
Aston Martin has rolled out some pretty memorable cars over the years, all without fail epitomizing style, luxury, and British craftsmanship to the highest degree. Now imagine all those qualities encapsulating into a condominium.
Global property developer G&G Business Developments have joined forces with Aston Martin to construct a new 66-storey luxury condominium tower situated on a 1.25-acre lot at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami slated for completion in 2021.

The striking building of curvilinear glass and steel is set to rise is designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger, renowned for their visually impressive and exceptionally well-engineered landmark properties.
The Aston Martin Residences’ bold sail-shaped building reflects the marina and offering superb views of the local surroundings, including spectacular panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Residents will be able to enjoy direct access to the turquoise waters of Miame via an exclusive yacht marina.
Aston Martin Residences’ 66-storey tower will be home to 391 residences and penthouses ranging from 700 to 19,000 square feet priced from US$600,000 to upwards of US$50 million.
Types of residences start from apartments with one to four bedrooms. Top of the pile are seven penthouses and one duplex penthouse, all of which will enjoy private pools and spacious terraces.

Aston Martin’s design team, led by EVP and Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman will design the interior and amenity spaces of the residence. Key Aston Martin design elements, such as signature carbon fibre reception desks, will adorn each of the hotel’s two private lobbies.
Highlights include doors with bespoke artisan Aston Martin handles, number plinths, and kestrel tan leather door tabs.
The residential units themselves are made to feel exceptionally spacious with ceilings measuring 10-feet high in the apartments and 12-feet high in the penthouses. Adding to that, all residences have sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. One can enjoy surrounding views from the comfort of large balconies finished with high-quality porcelain flooring.
High quality interior furnishings come in the form of top kitchen appliances from Gaggenau, custom-branded kitchens by Bulthaup, Italian design bathroom cabinetry, and premium imported white marble flooring.
